OurLink.is

What is free, and what is paid

What you actually get, listed plainly.

The free page has every way of being contacted, and the enquiry inbox behind it. Paying buys the address, every language, more pages, and the reporting a team needs.

The page people see

One address, one screen, no menu to learn.

Your name and what you do

A photo, your business name and one line that says what you sell. This is the part people read first and the part most link pages get wrong.

Links, in any order

As many as you want, in the order you want. Drag them around. Turn one off for a week and back on later.

A WhatsApp button that starts the sentence

One tap opens WhatsApp with the first message already typed. Nobody has to open with a bare hello and wait.

Your prices, where people look for them

Put the number on the page. The most common reason someone leaves a link page is that they could not find out what it costs.

Opening hours and directions

Timings, a map link and the day you are closed. Written once, shown in the visitor's language.

A printed code for your counter

Download a code, print it, stick it near the till. Someone scans it and lands on the same page.

The part that works after they tap

This is the half of the product a list of links does not have.

An enquiry inbox

A form submission is an enquiry, with a status: new, contacted, following up, won, lost. You can see who is still waiting. A WhatsApp tap is counted separately, as an intent, because a tap is somebody opening WhatsApp and not yet somebody who has said anything. The two are never added together.

A nudge when something is sitting

If an enquiry has been untouched for a few hours, we message you on WhatsApp. You set the number of hours. Assigning an enquiry to a person, with a follow up clock on them, is on Business.

Who it came from, and where

Which page, which button, which city, which language. Not a dashboard. Four sentences you can read on a phone. The full history and the analytics behind it are on paid plans.

A spreadsheet, whenever you want it

Download every enquiry as a CSV. It is your list. We do not sell it, rent it or model on it. Export works on every plan, including Free.

What free means here

Free is not a trial. There is no clock and nothing switches off. Some things are still paid, and they are all listed here.

The short version: free gives you a working page on our address, with the enquiries it brings in and the right to take them away with you. Paid gives you the same page on your own address, in every language, with our name off it, and the reporting and team tools that only matter once more than one person is answering.

Things this is not

Worth saying, so you do not find out three weeks in.

  • This is not a website. It is one page. If you need twenty pages and a blog, build a website and put this in your bio.
  • This is not a shop with a cart. People pay you for one thing at a time. If you need a basket, stock counts and shipping labels, you need a store.
  • This is not an email tool. We do not send campaigns and we will not import your list.
  • This is not a chat app. Your conversations stay in WhatsApp, where you and your customer already are. We only record that the conversation started.

Take the address. See if it fits.

It is free, it takes about two minutes, and you can delete it on the same day if it is not for you.
