What to bring here
- A complaint about how we handled your personal data, after the data page did not solve it.
- A page on OurLink you reported where you disagree with what we decided.
- Content on OurLink that infringes your copyright or trademark.
- Your page or your account was taken down and you believe we got it wrong.
- Anything where you have already contacted support and are not satisfied.
What to bring somewhere else first
- Everyday help with your page. Write to support instead. Support is the right desk for an everyday problem rather than a faster one: We reply within two working days. The officer acknowledges within 24 hours, and is for the things listed above.
- A dispute with a business you found on an OurLink page. Take it up with that business, or with the consumer forum. We provided the address, not the goods.
- Something urgent and dangerous. Contact the police. We cannot act as fast as they can.
How to complain, and what happens
What to include: your name and how to reach you. What happened, with dates. The page address, if there is one. What you have already tried. What you want us to do.
- Within 24 hours
- We acknowledge that we have it
- Within 15 days
- We give you a decision, with a reason. This is the legal limit and we treat it as one.
- If it involves personal data
- We may act faster. We will not act slower.
If a complaint takes longer than 15 days we will tell you before that deadline passes, say why, and give a new date. We will not go quiet on you.
