Report a page.
If a page on OurLink is a scam, pretends to be someone it is not, or is harmful, tell us. A report sent on WhatsApp or by email is read by a person.
To report a page right now, message us or write to us. The form further down this page does not work yet.
Message us on WhatsAppdm@ourlink.is
Send the page address and what is wrong with it. We reply within two working days.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
You do not need an account to report a page, and you do not have to give your name.
What we act on
- It is a scam
- Asking for money for something that does not exist, or a fake payment page.
- It pretends to be someone
- Using a real business's name, logo or photos without permission.
- It is stealing logins
- Asking for passwords, OTPs or bank details.
- It sells something illegal
- Anything the law in India does not allow to be sold.
- It attacks someone
- Threats, harassment, or targeting a person or a group.
- It uses someone's photos
- Images posted without the consent of the person in them.
What we do not act on
A page you dislike, a competitor's page, a business you had a bad experience with, or a price you think is too high. Those are not our call. If you have a dispute with a business, take it up with them or with the consumer forum. We are the address, not the shop.

What happens to a report
A report reaches us as a WhatsApp message or an email, and a person reads it, not a filter. We reply within two working days.
We look at the page, and at anything else the same account has made. A page can be taken down, an account can be suspended, or the report can be closed as nothing wrong. We record a reason either way.
If we take a page down we tell the owner why, unless doing so would put someone at risk. They can reply, and we can put a page back if we got it wrong.
If you leave contact details we can ask you a question or tell you the outcome. If you do not, we still act on the report, but we have no way to tell you what happened.
